Light-Sheet Microsopy

Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) enables fast, high-resolution 3D imaging of living and cleared biological specimens with minimal photobleaching and phototoxicity. By illuminating only a thin optical section of the sample and using camera-based image acquisition instead of point-by-point detection, LSFM enables rapid volumetric imaging with exceptional spatial and temporal resolution. It is ideally suited for developmental biology, organoid research, tissue clearing, neuroscience, live-cell imaging, and whole-organ imaging.
