Description

(I) Description:

The Bruker Papilio™ 5D is a next-generation light-sheet fluorescence microscope engineered for high-sensitivity, low-phototoxicity imaging of living biological specimens. Designed for applications ranging from organoids and 3D cell cultures to embryos and small model organisms, the system combines a horizontal optical geometry with dual-view detection and Gaussian or Bessel beam illumination to deliver deep, high-resolution imaging with exceptional flexibility. Integrated environmental control together with simultaneous multi-sample and multi-condition imaging enables long-term live-cell and in vivo studies while maintaining physiological conditions and sample integrity

(II) Features and benefits:

· Fast, gentle volumetric imaging with minimal photobleaching and phototoxicity
· Long-term live-cell imaging with high cell viability
· High-resolution 3D and time-lapse fluorescence imaging
· Simultaneous multi-color imaging of dynamic biological processes
