Laser Energimeter ELP 5 | Apel Laser

The Laser Energimeter ELP 5 is a device designed for the measurement of the energy per pulse of pulsed lasers. It is mainly intended for measuring the energy of excimer lasers, which emit short pulses of about 20 ns with energy up to 700 mJ/pulse, in the UV range (wavelengths of a few hundred nm). This equipment has been developed in collaboration with the Institute for Research-Development of Materials Physics Bucharest-Magurele.
