AeroTrak 6310, 6510 and 6510-VHP Remote Particle Counters | TSI
Permanent monitoring without an external vacuum network
AeroTrak 6310, 6510 and 6510-VHP are independent remote counters with an integrated pump and 28.3 L/min flow. Their 316L stainless-steel housing and accessories are designed for cleaning and installation in GMP areas, isolators, RABS, laboratories and industrial production.
The optical sensor and pump form a hot-swap assembly that can be removed without tools for maintenance. Analogue inputs, Ethernet, Modbus RTU and 4–20 mA outputs simplify integration with environmental sensors and TSI FMS.

Frequently asked questions
Which model includes the 5 µm channel?
The 6510 and 6510-VHP include it; a 6310 configuration with 5 µm is also listed in the specification.
What does VHP-resistant mean?
The 6510-VHP is designed for vaporised hydrogen-peroxide exposure under manufacturer-defined conditions; the specific protocol must be confirmed.
Is an external vacuum source required?
No. These units have an integrated pump.
How is maintenance downtime reduced?
The optical sensor and pump slide out together as a tool-free hot-swap assembly.
Can pressure, temperature or humidity sensors be integrated?
