Monitor the size distribution of quickly-changing aerosols. Whether outdoors or indoors, some aerosol populations change too rapidly for standard aerosol size measurement techniques. The Fast Mobility Particle Sizer (FMPS) 3091 measures particles in the range from 5.6 to 560 nm with 1 Hz time resolution. This combination of two-decade size distribution and 1 Hz time resolution makes the FMPS a very valuable tool for monitoring particle exposures in rapidly changing environments.
Resources:
The FMPSâ„¢ spectrometer uses a unique charging system and multiple electrometers to get signals from all particle sizes simultaneously. The electrometer current data is processed in real-time using a high-performance DSP.
