The Bruker Ultima Investigator Plus is a streamlined, modular multiphoton microscope optimized for live and intravital imaging with a large field of view and high-sensitivity deep-tissue detection. Its upgraded electronics architecture, enhanced collection path, and flexible add-on options support demanding applications ranging from functional neuroscience to immuno-oncology. The system can be expanded with three-photon imaging, high-speed scanning, multi-region acquisition, FLIM, optogenetics, and motorized positioning, allowing it to evolve with changing research requirements.
