01_9100<\/strong>
\nFor the laser welding of the materials 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2162, 1.2738 and for low-alloyed steels, like StE 355, 17Mn4, 15Mo3.
\nThe weld can be eroded, structured, polished, chrome plated, etched, nitrated, and annealed.
\nConstituents: C – 0,10 %, Si – 0,60 %, Mn – 1,10 %, Mo – 0,50 %, Fe \u2013 Rest<\/p>\n

01_9130 | 01_9160<\/strong>
\nOften used laser welding wire for repairing and changing at the contour with universal characteristics, also at unknown alloys. Free of cracks and incomplete fusion by multi- layer weldings. Tough welding material, good corrosion resistance, high wear resistance and toughness, for highly stressed hot working tools, which are subjected to high thermal and abrasive loads. The weld can be polished, heat treated, nitrated, chromplated, and CVD coated. Recommendation 01_9160: Using f\u00fcr mirror finish.
\nConstituents: C – 0,25 %, Si – 0,60 %, Mn – 0,70 %, Cr – 5,00 %, Mo – 4,00 %, Ti – 0,60 %, Fe -Rest<\/p>\n

01_9200 | 01_9210<\/strong>
\nLaser welding wire used for highly wear resistant build-ups on machine parts and tools subject to heavy abrasion and compression combined with moderate impact at elevated temperatures. Low wear when using fiber-glass re-enforced plastics workable by grinding with tungs-ten carbide tools. By multilayer welding decking with 01_9650 or 03_9240 recommended. The weld is suitable for hardening, nitrifying, etching, polishing and chroming.
\nRecommendation 01_9210: Using f\u00fcr mirror finish.
\nConstituents: C – 0,35 %, Si – 0,30 %, Mn – 1,20 %, Cr – 7,00 %, Mo – 2,00 %, Ti – 0,30 %, Fe – Rest<\/p>\n

01_9300<\/strong>
\nFor the laser welding of press-, stamping- and cutting tools. The hard and tough weld deposit is very tough and has an excellent edge retention.
\nConstituents: C – 0,50 %, Si – 3,00 %, Mn – 0,50 %, Cr – 9,50 %, Fe – Rest<\/p>\n

01_H13<\/strong>
\nH13 is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloyed steel which is characterized good resistance to abrasion at both low and high temperatures, high level of toughness and ductility, uniform and high level of machinability and polishability, good high-temperature strength and resistance to thermal fatigue and excellent through-hardening properties.
\nConstituents: C – 0,40 %, Mn – 0,40 %, Si – 1,00 %, Cr – 5,30 %, Mo – 1,30 %, V – 0,90 %, Fe – Rest<\/p>\n

01_P20<\/strong>
\nP20 is a Cr-Mo-alloyed steel with good polishing and texturing properties, good machinability and uniform hardness.
\nConstituents: C – 0,34 %, Mn – 0,80 %, Si – 0,40 %, Cr – 1,75 %, Mo – 0,40 %, Fe – Rest<\/p>\n

02_Stavax<\/strong>
\nMartensitic welding wire for the laser welding of similar alloys. Good wear resistance at higher temperature up to 450\u00b0C. Recommendation: pre-heating up to 150\u00b0C
\nConstituents: C – 0,35 %, Si – 1,00 %, Mn – 1,00 %, P – 0,04 %, S – 0,03 %, Cr -12,00 \u2013 14,00 %, Fe – Rest<\/p>\n

02_316LSS<\/strong>
\nFor the laser welding of non-rusting austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo-steels with a very low C-content.
\nConstituents: C – 0,02 %, Si – 0,85 %, Mn – 1,80 %, Cr – 16,00 \u2013 18,00 %, Ni – 10,00 \u2013 14,00 %, Mo – 2,60 %, Fe – Rest<\/p>\n
